Bristol+BathLegalTech Exclusive: Free Leadership Training delivered and hosted by UWE Bristol in January 2025

This exciting training module aims to help current and aspiring leaders develop their existing leadership skills and confidence, in the context of 2020s business models and the universal use of digital technologies within your organisation.

Explore how to cultivate an inclusive digital culture, and embrace technological advances as they emerge. Review ways to build new digital capabilities and communication channels within your team or firm, to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Also included:

•  In addition to the live workshop with the other learners in your cohort, you will receive and complete the self-paced online study component (taking between 3 and 6 hours). This will provide you with extensive additional insights, activities and optional further content.  You will also undertake the starter engagement process, which includes a one-to-one call, designed to ensure the module addresses your personal learning needs.
• Also, each workshop is followed by a free networking lunch, with an optional, bookable one-to-one session with one of our carefully selected mentors in the afternoon (limited availability).

Eligibility for the modules, which are fully funded as part of the West of England Mayor’s Skills Pathway Programme, is strictly open to learners living in Bristol, Bath & North East Somerset or South Gloucestershire and those working for an SME organisation (broadly meaning fewer than 250 employees, and less than £36,000 turnover).
