Dagmar Steffens is Head of Strategic Innovation, West of England Combined Authority and Co-founder of Bristol+Bath LegalTech.

Dagmar is a solicitor with in-depth cross-sectoral innovation expertise and experience through a varied career which spans private practice in corporate law, HE senior management, and innovation leadership in the public sector.

Currently leading strategic innovation at the West of England Combined Authority, Dagmar and her team shape and develop strategies for innovation and digital transformation, leveraging national innovation policy to achieve delivery of the Metro Mayor’s priorities.
